AGENCY LIAISON
Morris Architects has developed a substantial practice in working with a
variety of government agencies to obtain project approvals.
Mostly these approvals are related to architectural or planning projects
which we were retained to design.
Often though, we are asked to obtain project approvals for projects that
will be designed for another firm. We can demonstrate a history of
success in this arrangement.
Occasionally we provide agency liaison services for issues that are
totally unrelated to a specific project but that affect the business
interests of our client. These have included planned road and traffic
improvements, zoning decisions, regulatory actions and agency
rule-making.
The range of our agency liaison services include: special permit
approvals, building permit facilitation, engineering and public works
approvals, certificates of need, government program funding approvals,
traffic improvement approvals, municipal administrative and legislative
approvals, public safety and fire safety approvals, access variances and
other approvals required for execution of building projects or
protection of business physical operating interests.
