MULTIFAMILY
The range of multifamily housing types has expanded over the past three-and-a-half decades and now includes much more than the apartment buildings that prevailed before the 1960's. Condominiums, assisted living, congregate housing, co-housing, live-work units, extended stay hotels and other forms of habitation have changed the practice of housing design forever. The projects shown here include a townhouse project on a former school site, a downtown extended stay hotel, a planned mixed use condo-retail project and a planned hillside townhouse project.
With a number of multifamily housing projects now in design stages, we
expect to add considerably to this portfolio in the near future.
